INTRODUCTION

Jeffrey Clarke relocated to Shanghai, China in 1997 after 25 years of club and hospitality experience in the United States. Jeffrey founded Quality Leisure China (QLC) in 2003 after setting up and managing two of Shanghai's most well-know clubs: Shanghai American Club and Shanghai Racquet Club.

Today Jeffrey is considered by many to be Shanghai's leading club expert. His experience covers premium residential clubs, golf and tennis clubs, and business dining clubs. Jeffrey also has significant experience in residential property management and in opening and operating both casual and fine dining restaurants. 

QLC specializes in developing and managing clubs in real estate projects that market to Westerners and other foreigners living in China who demand high quality services, comfortable and functional facilities, and entertaining activities and events. QLC is growing steadily, largely through referral from satisfied clients and through Jeffrey's passion for excellence and commitment to successful results.
