QLC Club Consulting Services provides developers with technical know how in the areas of clubhouse layout and interior design, golf course operations, staff training programs, membership marketing and sales, restaurant operations, operating policies and procedures, budgets and financial controls, sports and social activities and events, and member communications programs. QLC is skilled at developing new clubs and successfully improving existing clubs.

QLC offers Property Management Consulting Services to developers of premium residential communities.  QLC insures that westerners and other international residents receive a "home away from home" living experience by westernizing the services provided, training the staff and by establishing excellent communications between residents and property management staff.

QLC provides on-site, full-time Professional Management for clubs, restaurants and hotels under long term contract with the owner or investor group.
